Together with our client we construct the ideal candidate profile (ICP) and Skill Matrix for the role they're hiring for.
Based on these criteria we go through our database of talents to match them with the available role.
Once the right candidate is identified, we provide the client with the right candidate.
Interviews between the client and candidate take place.
Once the match has been approved, the candidate will start at the client as fast as possible. Candidates work 18 months under contract of 3 Hands Europe, once this period has passed the client has the opportunity to sign the talent on a permanent basis.

In case you don’t find the right talent through us, you’ll not be charged.
Non-exclusivity
Our clients are free to work with multiple recruitment parties, if they feel this increases the chances of finding the right talent.
No permanently binding contract
Candidates work 1,5 years under contract of 3 Hands Europe, after this period the client can sign the talent on a permanent basis.

Our Hiring Process
We recruit individuals with a technical degree in Engineering Or a Millwright Qualification, who have several years of industrial experience in South Africa. Our standard hiring process consits of 7 steps:
Initial interview, where we focus on experience, technical knowledge, motivation, and ambition.
Online assessment to get a view on the characteristics of the candidate.
In-depth interview where we validate the results of this assessment and discuss them with the candidate.
A final conversation, where we inquire again about the motivation of our candidate and address any remaining questions.
If both parties are motivated to collaborate after these discussions, our final candidate receives a proposal for cooperation.
Meanwhile, we identify a client with a vacant position that aligns with the experience and ambitions of our future employee.
Once proposal is accepted, we initiate the permit application, so we can bring our new team member here within a maximum period of 6 months.

Andre, the founder of 3 Hands Europe, has been specialized in Performance Consulting and Lean implementations. At his clients he saw a difficulty in finding the right technical talents. Therefore we started recruiting technically skilled personnel to deploy at our clients as Maintenance Engineers, Technicians, Breakdown Technicians, Electrical Technicians, etc. Our focus is to help production companies in Belgium fill their open technical roles.
We specifically target individuals from South Africa with a technical background, who are looking to build a career and life in Belgium. The reason for this is that individuals from South Africa have great technnical skills and with their knowledge of Afrikaans can easily learn Dutch and thus easily integrate into Belgium. Thanks to our boutique approach, we can ensure the quality and meticulous follow-up of our employees and clients.
